Our own figures, as they stand: 0 cards on the list, 0 enquiries from employers so far, 0 companies waiting for us to find somebody. We publish these as they are, however small they are today.
These are real people who asked us to keep their CV and agreed to be described here. We never print a name, initials, contact details or the firms they have worked for. If one of them fits what you are short of, ask us: we go to that person, and nothing moves unless they say yes.
Nobody on this list yet
The list only shows people who asked to be on it, so it fills up as candidates join rather than all at once. Tell us what you are short of and we will look through the file by hand.
How asking works
- You ask about a reference and tell us the role.
- We go to that person and ask whether they want to hear about your company and that job. We do not send your details anywhere else.
- If they say yes, we introduce you and you deal with each other directly. If they say no, we tell you so.
What it costs
Asking is free, and so is being told no. If an introduction turns into a hire we agree the fee in writing first, before anybody meets anybody. There is no retainer, no sign up and no obligation.
Candidates never pay us anything, for this or for anything else.
Nobody here today? Tell us what you are short of
Free, no account, and no advert is created. We write it down and watch for it: when somebody who fits joins the list we write to you, and when nobody does you hear nothing at all.
Are you looking for work?
You can be on this list too. Put your CV on file, then write your own card in your own words. You choose whether it appears at all, you can read it on the page exactly as employers read it, and one click takes it down.
This is the wording you would be agreeing to, in full: Show an anonymous summary of me on the HIRING UK website so employers can ask about me. I understand it shows my trade, the area I can work in, my years of experience, my tickets and when I am available, and that it never shows my name, my contact details, my CV or the companies I have worked for. Nobody sees who I am unless I say yes to a specific job first. I can take it down at any time with one click.
