So we have turned it over. Send us the feed you already produce for the big boards. We publish your vacancies for nothing, and we put them in front of the people we have spent years gathering: UK drivers, warehouse and construction workers, in the towns where the work is.

Every advert gets its own address on this site, and sits inside the role and town pages we already publish. That is where the search traffic comes from, and it keeps working after the advert closes.
Applications straight to you
With the CV attached, to the address on the advert, the moment they arrive. We do not hold them back, we do not rank them, and we never contact your candidate about anything else.
You keep every candidate
We are not a competitor. We do not place anybody through this board, we sell no candidate data, and there is no consultant here who will ring your applicant about a different role, because there are no consultants.

Five things, and only one of them is work.
A feed, or your API key
Send us the address of the XML or JSON feed you already produce for the big boards. We read it. You write nothing and change nothing. If you would rather push to us, there is an API and a key waiting.
Every advert states the pay
This is the one rule with nothing behind it to negotiate. An advert with no figure does not publish, and the feed will tell you which ones were skipped and why. A range is fine, an hourly rate is fine, a basic plus realistic OTE is fine. "Competitive" is not.
Real vacancies you are instructed on
A live role, with an employer who has asked you to fill it. Not a pipeline advert, not a CV gathering exercise dressed as a job.
No fee to the worker, ever
Not for finding work, not for a service, not for a course as a condition of an assignment. One breach and the account closes the same day.
Answer the people who apply
Record what happened, even when the answer is no. Your reply rate is published on your own adverts, and every answer sends the applicant a real email. It is the only thing we ask you to actually do.
25 live adverts, 6 months, the same for everybody, written on this page where you can read them before you ask. There is no better deal behind this one for whoever pushes hardest, exactly as there is no secret discount on our advert prices. At the end of 6 months we both look at what it actually did and decide honestly whether to carry on.
Being straight about where we are
This board is new. If you want a partner who can promise you a number of applications a week, we are not it yet, and anybody who does promise you that without knowing your role, your pay and your location is guessing.
What is real today: the audience, the pages, and the fact that every advert here shows the pay, which means yours will get read by people who are not wasting your time or theirs.
You can see exactly how many adverts are live right now on the board, and we publish our own state openly on the compliance page. Judge it on that rather than on a claim.
How it starts
- You send the feed address. The XML or JSON one you already give Indeed or Google. Nothing to build.
- We read it and tell you what we found, including any adverts skipped for having no pay figure, named one by one so you can fix them at your end.
- They go live, each with its own page, and into the towns and role pages they belong to.
- We post them to our own communities, with the pay and the location in the post, because that is what gets read.
- Applications arrive with you directly, with the CV attached.
