11 days left at these prices. No VAT is added to anything until 01 October 2026. The price you see is the price you pay. From that date VAT at 20 per cent is added on top, because HM Revenue and Customs registered us from then and not because our prices went up. See the prices.
For employers

You know what a percentage of a salary costs. This is the other way of doing it.

Advertise from £25 and every application lands in your inbox and your dashboard with the CV attached. A flat price, published on the site, the same for you as for anybody else. Never a percentage of a salary, and never a figure that depends on how badly you need somebody.

About five minutes to write, live the same working day once it is paid. No account needed to look at the form first, and we will rewrite the advert for you free if it is not pulling.

Adverts that get seen

Every advert appears on the board, in sector and region listings and in search. Featured adverts sit above the rest for the full 30 days and go into the weekly candidate email.

Applications in one place

Applications and CVs go to the email address on your advert and into your dashboard at the same moment, with the candidate's contact details. Download any CV as a file.

No CV database, on purpose

There is no searchable pool of CVs here and we sell no candidate data, which keeps our data protection risk, and yours, close to zero. The one thing we publish is an anonymous card, written by the candidate, for the people who asked to be on our available now list: no name, no contact details, and nothing reaches you until that person has said yes to your role. Why we do it this way.

You are the controller

The CVs you receive are yours to work with as an independent controller, kept for as long as the vacancy needs them. We tell candidates exactly that, and the terms of business set out what it means in practice.

Whoever advertises is named

Every advert carries the name of the business placing it. A candidate handing over a CV is entitled to know who will be holding it, and the law asks for the controller to be identified at the point the data is collected, not afterwards. Needing discretion is normal and there is a proper route for it. How a confidential vacancy works

Invoiced, not metered

Fixed prices, proper invoices, purchase orders accepted and 30 day terms for approved accounts. No auction pricing, no cost per click, no surprise bill.

Free guides that save you money

Ten employer guides: what a hire really costs, why adverts get no applications, how to write the salary line, agency fees explained. Read them, whether you advertise with us or not.

Help writing the advert

Send us the role and we will draft the advert for you at no extra cost. A clear advert gets several times the applications of a job spec.

If the vacancy has to stay confidential

Replacing somebody who does not know yet, or opening a depot before your competitors hear about it, is an ordinary business need and we are not going to be difficult about it. What we will not do is publish an advert with nobody's name on it.

Why not. When somebody sends a CV there are two organisations holding it: us, and you. UK GDPR asks for the controller to be identified at the moment the data is collected. An advert reading "a leading logistics company in the West Midlands" leaves the applicant unable to answer the simplest question about their own information, which is who now has it. Anonymous adverts are also the standard vehicle for CV harvesting, and a board that allows them has to police them.

The route that works. The rule is that whoever places the advert is named, not that every party must be. A recruitment agency advertises under its own name and never has to name its client. The applicant always knows who holds their CV, the agency is accountable for what the advert says, and your name stays out of it entirely.

That includes us. Our own agency can run the vacancy under our name and bring you the shortlist. If you would rather use a recruiter you already work with, they can advertise it here in exactly the same way, and we are perfectly happy about that.
