There were fewer than 15 adverts in the last seven days, which is not enough to say anything true about a week. So this page says nothing, and it will fill itself the week there is something in it.
That is the whole rule and it is worth stating. A weekly column that pads when it has nothing is a weekly column people stop opening, and the second week of padding costs more than the first week of silence.
