Refer an employer or agency
Know another business that needs to hire? Refer them. When they buy their first paid advert, you get one standard advert free. Nothing to claim, nothing to chase: the credit lands on your account by itself.
How it works
- Send them your link. It is on this page when you are signed in, and on your dashboard.
- They create an account and buy an advert. They do not have to do anything different, and the price they pay is the same published price as everybody else.
- Your credit appears automatically when their payment clears. We email you to say so. The credit is worth one standard advert and is valid for twelve months.
The rules, in full
- The company you refer must be new to us: no existing account, and not one they closed last month.
- The credit is awarded after their payment clears, not when they register. A free advert does not count, for obvious reasons.
- One credit per company introduced, however many adverts they go on to buy. We would rather reward ten introductions than one large invoice.
- It does not apply to your own accounts, or companies in the same group as yours. Referring yourself under another name ends both accounts.
- We can refuse a referral that looks like an arrangement rather than a recommendation, and we will tell you why if we do.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

This programme is for employers and recruitment agencies. We do not pay candidates to introduce other candidates: that is how job boards end up with junk data and unhappy people.
Why we do it this way
A recommendation from somebody who has actually used us is worth more than any advertising we could buy, and it costs us a credit rather than cash. That is the whole reasoning, and there is no catch hidden in the paragraph below it.
