Six ways to pay
Pick whatever suits your finance team. Every method settles against the same invoice reference, and your advert or access switches on as soon as the payment clears.
Card payment link
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We email a secure payment link with your invoice. Pay it in a minute from a phone or a laptop, and the receipt is issued automatically. Adverts usually go live within the hour.
Bank transfer
Faster Payments, BACS or CHAPS to our business account.
Our account details are on the invoice. Quote the invoice reference so we can match the payment. Faster Payments normally clears the same day, BACS takes up to three working days.
PayPal
Pay from a PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card.
Ask for a PayPal request with your invoice and pay it from your business PayPal account. Useful for sole traders and smaller employers without a card on file.
Direct Debit
For monthly plans, protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
For the recruiter unlimited subscription. We send a mandate to sign online, then collect on the same date each month. Cancel any time with your bank and with 30 days notice to us.
Invoice, 30 day terms
For approved account customers and public sector buyers.
Ask us to open a credit account. Quote a purchase order number if your finance system needs one, and we invoice monthly in arrears with payment due 30 days from the invoice date.
Cheque
Still accepted, still slower than everything else.
Made payable to HIRING UK and posted to the address on the invoice, with the invoice reference on the back. Adverts go live once the cheque clears.
VAT, receipts and purchase orders
There is no VAT on our prices at the moment. HIRINGUK LTD is not VAT registered, so a £25 advert costs £25 and nothing is added. You get a proper receipt for every payment with our company number on it. Quote a purchase order number when you order and it appears on the invoice.
Security
We never take card numbers over the phone and never store them. Card payments go through a secure link handled by the payment provider, so the details never touch this website. If an email asks you to send card details in a reply, it is not from us: forward it to hello@hiringuk.co.uk.
